When did you realize you were really in labor?

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
By the end, I was so exhausted. I was surprised by how emotionally challenging it was to keep going at certain points. I had moments where I broke down in tears in my husbands or my mom's arms, just so defeated. Pushing was also so so difficult. I only pushed for 30 minutes, but it was so challenging!
