What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Feeling like I wanted to give up and having my family doubt that I could make it through . When the people around you are so used to the old school way and having epidurals and meds in the IV they encourage the same thing for you and call you crazy for thinking you can do labor with out them.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Honestly I watched a few videos and read a few books but I just prayed . I prayed for the Lord to give me the strength to get through it. I knew once labor came all my techniques and training would go out the window but having the faith in the lord helped me not give up and realize I'm not the first and I won't be the last woman to have a child.
