    After they made me walk for an hour and I dilated to a 5

    When it's time to push and they tell you not to. There's just no way to stop yourself from pushing

    Walking. Made it go by faster

    My son weighing 7 pounds 7.5 ounces. All my other children were 6 pounds n. Some odd ounces n one was 5 pounds..

  • What pain relief strategies worked best?

    Well I didn't use any pain meds due to him being our last baby so I would have to say taking deep breaths in and out slowly and having your partner rub your back was the best way for me

  • What position did you end up delivering in?

    On my back

  • How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

    It Felt amazing... even got to watch his first bath.

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?

    It is honestly the best way... in my experience the epidural or other pain meds slowed my laboring process.
