What pain relief strategies worked best?
Using the shower was amazing! I had constant counter pressure on my right hip/lower back, and walked frequently. Eventually I was so tired that I asked for pain meds to get some sleep so I could finish dilating. I was given a combo of Stadol and Phenergan, slept for about an hour and a half, and woke up ready to push! I fell asleep only 3cm, and when I woke I only had a bit of an anterior lip!
