When did you realize you were really in labor?
I realized i was in full labor once my water broke after having a balloon placed inside of my uterus.

The actual pushing was the absolute challenging thing.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
I prepared myself by telling myself you can do this, dont give up, your daughter is waiting on the other end.

What surprised you about your birth?
Well i was surprised the medication didnt work and i felt every thing including the repair to my ladybits, and also how helpful the nurses were in letting me know im doing good "keep going mama you got this" is their exact words. And after i felt like i should just stop and ask for a csection they reassured me that i could do it.

I never felt such love and once she wrapped her little arms around me and stopped crying as soon as she was placed on my chest took all the pain away.

What pain relief strategies worked best?
Holding my breath worked for me even though they say breathe but thats easier said then done.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

What did you name your baby, and why?
I named My Daughter Arabella because (i know this is crazy) I loved Harry Potter and Arabella Figg was the old women who saved Harry. Arabella Has saved me from many wrong paths I was taking. She's my guide to do better in life.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
I didnt op to go natural at first but nothing worked and no it wasnt that bad just understand yes you may hurt but your bringing life into this world. And to say I felt my baby come out is crazy but its amazing. I will do natural for my next and I will enjoy the pain and tears and screams just to meet my next Princess or Prince. Just breathe and count to 3 ,push as hard as you can and remember Your beautiful baby is making his or her grand entrance. Goodluck to you lucky moms and i hope this Helped you just a little bit.
