What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
As a first birth there were lots of eyes on us and much different opinion being voiced and judgement called! The challenge has been at times remaining focused on what's right for us...above all else

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Stretch! Keep listening to your body...and honor it especially in those last days. Prepare yourself and aim for tranquility. Arnica 200c Dates and red raspberry leaf tea!

What surprised you about your birth?
How effective making preparations was in reality, even though the reality of our birth was not what I was expecting! Planned water birth, aromatherapist etc
+effectiveness of homeopathic remedies pre and throughout labour and in healing extremely quickly

What pain relief strategies worked best?
My advice is to really search out the remedies that best suit you in the months leading toward your birth, and keep these close as the time comes. I used three, in different strengths and dosages. Arnica was the one I wouldn't go without!

In a crouch/ standing on knee position, arms lifted
