When did you realize you were really in labor?
I was unsure for the first hour and a half because the days leading up to it I would contract every 3 mins for hours and then they would suddenly stop. I awoke at 2:00 am with irregular contractions. At 3:00 am i decided to get up and see if standing changed the contractions, because they were strong. When I stood they started coming every 3 minutes I finally realized I was really in labor in the car up to the hospital.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Seeking God in prayer and what His word says about birth, and How Jesus redeemed childbirth at the cross. I soaked in birthing proclamations like, Childbirth in the Glory by Janet Angela Mills, and A Heavenly Welcome Birth CD By Kierra Blaser, I subscribed to Mama Natural, I watched positive supernatural birth videos on youtube. I read Supernatural Childbirth by Jackie Mize and Gods Plan For Pregnancy by Nerida Wlaker(this book is KEY) I drank a gallon of water everyday and exercised 4 days a week. I had to take my thoughts captive and speak desired results over my body.
