When did you realize you were really in labor?
I was in early labor for 3.5 days but I knew I was in active labor when my water broke. I was checked and was finally at about a 5.5.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
This birth was a VBAC for me so I never really thought of this birth as being challenging. Recovering from a c-section is much more challenging!
