When did you realize you were really in labor?
Scheduled c-section at 37 weeks due to a liver condition that could of harmed the babies the longer in the pregnancy

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
My other 3 pregnancies were all natural, no drugs or epidurals. These deliveries were definitely more satisfying no matter the challenges that are faced. Would never recommend a c-section

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Exercise! Preparing your body with strength and endurance is one of the best things you can do for your body whether delivering naturally or c-section

What surprised you about your birth?
My c-section was more scary than delivering naturally. I was surprised at how unconnected to the delievery process I actually was. Didn't like it.

Breathing through contractions and moving around helps to get through pain

What position did you end up delivering in?
All my natural births were delivered in the bed, legs being held. This is not how I'd like to deliver, deliver

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
Love, love, love is all I felt when I held my babies the second they were out. That was taken from me with my c-section

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Natural is such a satisfying feeling.
