What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Per Mama Natural's blog, I highly recommend red raspberry leaf tea and dates. I had menstrual-like cramps for hours the morning of and I truly believe that was the tea and dates doing most of the work so labor was ultra fast later. I also recommend hiring a doula. We had to have a substitute doula because ours was already at a labor, but it was so nice to have the extra hands and positive voice.
