The hardest thing for me was knowing I had come so far in labor and tried so hard for labor to start naruraly that when they told me I had to have an emergency c section I couldn't help but cry. I had made it to 9 and a half dilation before they realized that his head was stuck on my pelvic bone, and his heart rate was dropping ,But I am thankful for my doctors tour saving his life. Excerice, and getting plenty of water, and do not stress. Even if I thought it may be nothing if I thought something was wrong I asked the doctor. Sometimes the doctor telling you everything is ok or explaining why something is happening helps.
