You CAN do it, it's scary only because you don't know what to expect or how you'll handle it, but if you do your research and prepare you will feel more comfortable. Have a good support system.

Having a doula to help me into different positions and keep me calm, all fours leaning on the back of the bed was best!

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
You CAN do it, it's scary only because you don't know what to expect or how you'll handle it, but if you do your research and prepare you will feel more comfortable. Have a good support system, my fiance and doula stuck it out with me and it was a long labor, without them I wouldn't have been able to do it!
I always thought the alternative to natural birth was much scarier, so it wasn't an option for me, I wanted to be in control and wanted to be able to move around and be comfortable (as comfortable as possible!)
