I woke up from the most restful nights sleep that I've had in months. When I stood up, my water broke!

People saying I couldn't do it! The actual birth itself was beautiful, peaceful, and calm.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Hypnobabies and MamaNatural! They really helped me focus and relax and to trust in my body.

What surprised you about your birth?
It seems silly, but after two hospital inductions, I always had this fear that my body would not go into labor naturally. But it did! And I'm still surprised and blown away by what our bodies are capable of. I was also surprised by how quickly it all went!

Meditation and focusing on breathing. Listening to birth affirmations!

How did the Mama Natural Birth Class help you in your childbirth?
I really liked how it made dad a part of the experience! A lot of the time, the partner is unsure of what to do in order to play an active role, but the Mama Natural Birth Course made him involved. I also enjoyed the nutritional portion of the class. The affirmationswere another great aspect!
I thought the whole "cascade of interventions" was so interesting, and completely true.
