Meditation and Education Helped Alaina During Hospital Birth

  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

I realized I was in labor Sunday, March 5th after having frequent contractions for a couple days.

  • What was the most challenging thing about going natural?

I planned to give birth at home again. But with a long labor, no sleep, and not being able to eat much or drink due to feeling so sick we finally made the decision to go to the hospital. The hardest part about going natural was not being in the comfort of my own home and feeling the freedom to move around how I wanted to.
