Lots Of Walking And Sitting On Her Birth Ball Helped Desirae During Her Hospital Birth

  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

I had been having irregular contractions for 5 hours but they weren't painful so I thought they were just more false labor like I had been experiencing for the past 2 weeks. I was nauseous and thought I was going to throw up so I stood up to grab the bowl I had on my bed. When I stood up my water broke and my contractions got much more painful. When my water broke I realized that I was in labor.

  • What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
