What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Lots of prayers, I believe God made our bodies to bring life into this world and lots of research I read as much as I could on natural births what to expect and the unexpected.
-
What surprised you about your birth?
For me it was that it wasn't as horrible as I had heard (I had always heard it was the worst pain ever). It was painful and difficult but invigorating at the same time. It was a great experience for me. Also how quickly the pain went away as soon as he was out.
