When did you realize you were really in labor?
My water broke. I HARDLY felt any contractions in the beginning but when I made it to the hospital I was told by nurse that I was having them (they just wasn't consistent).

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
I did not want an epidural nor did I want poticin however, after being in labor for 15 hours my doctor advise that it was best to get the pitocin because I was not dilating as much and my contractions still was not consistent. I decided to go with the poticin so I would not get an infection which eventually led to an epidural after making it to 6 centimeters. My baby went into distress and I had to get a c-section.
