At home playing cards with a friend and hubby, then in and out of the shower.

It was a lot different from my first birth it all happened a lot faster than I thought it would

Make it very clear if you don't want pain relief because when the times comes you will beg for it no matter what as did I but Hubby knew I didn't really want it and felt soo proud afterwards.

What pain relief strategies worked best?
It was too late for anything but gas, I think it kinda works in the fact you concentrate on sucking so takes your mind ( somewhat ) off the contractions.

On my back with feet on stirrups. In which I broke much to everyone's amazement. It's shocking how strong your body actually is when push comes to shuv

Amazing but felt very unreal like your in a dream and everything went soo fast

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
