When did you realize you were really in labor?
The morning of Friday July 16th. I was two days "late" and was scheduled to go see my midwife. I woke up to a bloody show and called my midwife. Instead of me going to her she came to me before she headed to her office. Sure enough I was 3 cm.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
The mental preparation the months before giving birth. there is a lot of negative energy surrounding home birth. I had to continually remind myself that I was made to give birth naturally! Reading about successful natural birth stories was a constant throughout my pregnancy.
