Drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Helped Hillary During Her Home Birth

  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

My first birth was 25 hours of active long hard labor. So when my water broke and I had no contractions I knew I was in labor but I thought I had a long time to go and tried to just rest and get ready to go to the hospital when contractions were strong and consistent.

  • What was the most challenging thing about going natural?

Fear. I had terrible anxiety as my due date got close I cried in fear regularly.
