6 hours after the real labor started I knew it wasn't just BH.

Dealing with the medical staff that kept pushing epidural, IVs, constant monioring, pitocin, and episiotomy.
And not having support from a trained doula.

I practically had the birth stages imprinted into my brain.

That I was stronger then I thought.
Immediately after my baby girl was here, nothing mattered anymore.

Plan your birth in detail. "We'll see" it is not an option.

Envisioning the process mentally.
Oxygen inhale.

What position did you end up delivering in?
The classic one. I had no power left to fight the medical team.
I had no chance to experience other position to see if it was better for me.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
Amazing. Nothing prepared me for that.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Plan your birth in detail.
"We'll see" it is not an option.
A birth plan is mandatory.
Be strong and assertive.
