When did you realize you were really in labor?
At 4pm, Saturday 21 October 2017. I felt strange discharge and check it. It is blood mucus plug, then I know this is it! Excited and nervous at the same time. Get my husband to help me prepare.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Keeping my husband to support me on every decision i made for going into natural labor.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Attending gentle birthing class, keeps on active and exercise regularly and changing my diet to healthy diet, drink green juice twice a day and eating dates as my daily snack.

What surprised you about your birth?
Trust myself and I know I can do this. I manage to keep calm throughout the process, bearable surges, stay positive. Keep on breathing and open my jaw wide and I don't have to push the baby out, she sliding out by herself and my husband "catch" her first to his arm.

What pain relief strategies worked best?
Keep on active during every surge. Move around, rocking my hips and keep on breathing.

All four position

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
It is a very emotional moment, happy, proud and thankful to Allah for the amazing birthing I had, felt so grateful for a helpful and supportive husband and doula.
