When did you realize you were really in labor?

I was in the car waiting for my husband who was trying to find castor oil. I ended up fully reclining the seat and getting on all 4's to deal with the contractions.
What was the most challenging thing about going natural?

My contractions during active labor were right on top of each other, making for some really intense laboring and I wasn't sure I could do it.

The Bradley class my husband and I took together.
What surprised you about your birth?

How fast it went! I ended up being in labor for just over 6 hours

Breathing through them

Reclining in the tub.
How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

Miraculous!
