Hebrew Share Your Thoughts 2 Comments Jennifer Apr 14 at 7:01 am It means truth and we pray that she will “know the truth and the truth will set her free”. As of yet we haven’t met anyone with the same first name, though my husband used to know someone, which is how we thought of it. We did meet a girl that has it for her middle name. Some people are confused about how to pronounce it at first, but it’s pretty common sense to most. One little boy thought her name was “Rarity” for awhile (like the My Little Pony), but kids are hard to understand sometimes so he probably didn’t hear well when my daughter told him her name. Reply Jennifer Apr 14 at 7:10 am I wanted a unique name, since Jennifer is pretty much the most common name of the 80s (when I was born). This fit the bill. I also realized that lots of people were looking for “unique”, so there’s that. Our next two kids have more popular names, but I still love this one!
