  1. I chose the name Sydney because it was my sisters name who passed away.

  2. My husband and I were just throwing names out there. We wanted something that was kind of unique but not absurd. My husband kind of felt it in his soul and just knew it was meant to be Sydney, so we went with it! When it feels right ya know!!

    We love the sweetness of the name, and how perfectly it goes with her middle name, Rayn. We don’t love how people have already misspelled it.

  3. I loved the show Alias and Sydney Bristow was a total badass, which I hope my daughter is someday. I also had some very cool experiences in Sydney, Australia and I’m happy it’s not a super common name.
