    • My 18 year old daughter is named Lexi. She is off to university soon to study criminology and wants to become a police officer and detective. She certainly lives up to her name.

  4. When my husband and I were deciding on a name, we came up with Chloe, if it was a girl, and Nathaniel, if it was a boy. When our doctor told us I was having triplets, I decided on Chloe, Nathaniel, and Alexis. As Alexis and Nathaniel got older, they wanted a nickname. Nathaniel is now Nate, and Alexis is now Lexi!

  5. I liked the name Alexis, my husband wasn’t too keen. We both loved the nickname Lexi and decided why name her a name we wouldn’t call her!? So decided on Lexi Rae. We get genuine compliments ALL the time on her name. It’s unique, easy to spell, and has the connotation of someone who is bold, quick-witted, a Go-getter, and beautiful inside and out. <3

  7. We had it picked out with our first, then thought we didn’t really like it anymore but it meant defender of mankind and we thought that was powerful in the sense of our spiritual life and leading people to Jesus as well as a healthy Life style

It’s short, sweet and a little spunky
