I thought the name sounded beautiful. I was originally going to name my baby something else but around 10 weeks or so is when I decided to change it to Fiora. What I love about her name is how unique it is! Everyone I tell her name to have never heard it before and I love that! Another thing is I have secretly really liked the name Fiona, but sadly me (and everyone else) immediately thinks of the movie Shrek and I did not want my daughter to remind them of a fat green ogre… so I think Fiora is a nice mix between Fiona and Flora (which I also think is a very pretty and feminine name but just a little old school for me 🙂 I am so in love with my little girl! She’s 6 months old now and she is such a joy to me and her daddy! Anyone that sees her is drawn to her and she loves it:) she’s always smiling and so curious! I think Fiora is a great choice for parents who want a pretty, edgy, and one of a kind name for their precious girl?
