   Carmelina is a beautiful name of Hebrew Origin popularized by Italians mostly, followed by spaniards and Latinos.
   I love my name and fully appreciated the complete meaning of it when I put all the meanings together from the Hebrew; to Italian, spanish and Latin goes like this. Vineyard of God, Golden Garden of God and Orchard. Or simply put: Golden vineyard, garden, orchard of God. An orchard is where different kinds of fruit trees are planted! What a combination!

   I always have been a wholesome, health minded and passion mama about my culture and as a third generation Italian in America I wanted to offer my daughter an Italian name like my own, we felt Carmela and Carmelina were nice together and we have also followed suit with our other children in the naming process as well ? ?
