  1. I never liked the name Zayn and instead insisted on the name Luka for our first baby. It was actually my husband who found the name intriguing and kept on calling him that throughout my pregnancy and I guess I grew to like it as well. It gave my son a personality that matches him now. It also helped that the name translates to “beautiful” in Arabic.

  2. Means handsome and grace

  3. I liked this name because it isn’t too common.

  4. I imagined when I had another baby boy I would name him Zen. But this pregnancy was completely unplanned and with someone who didn’t want children and doesn’t even really like children. It was extremely stressful and challenging to process the pregnancy and it definitely didn’t feel like the right time to name a child Zen. I was constantly reminding myself to give myself grace and also to give the bio dad grace since he really didn’t want to become a dad. My two older children have Z names and I’m following a Z theme with naming my children. When I learned that Zayn means Grace and Beauty it felt like the right name to give this child.

  5. My name would’ve been Zayn (probably spelled Zane though) if I was a boy! My husbands name is Anthony, my daughters name is Ava, so we had to balance it out with another Z name 🙂

  6. a boy that never troubles his friends

  7. A unique name both my husband and I loved, we wanted something multiracial, to represent us.

    • Same here, my baby is half Arab half
      Latino

  8. It can be given to girls too, cause it’s meaning is ‘beautiful ‘

    • very correct

    • No. Leave this manly name Alone!

  9. A great Saint had this name
