Where my fianc? a I fell in love all over again, after being together for 22 years. After our dream vacation, sometime in mid April, 2020 we conceived our baby boy. My family doctor was very surprised that we are pregnant. We been trying to have a second child for 6 years, we had 6 miscarriages in between and doctors telling us that it was not possible for us. By the first week of June, we had confirmation that it was a healthy pregnancy. We were most grateful and deeply in love with each other and our healthy pregnancy. Then we had numerous of conversations about baby names. None of the names seem to resonate with me or my fianc?. Then one night before going to bed, my fianc? and I had a loving conversation with our baby and asked to give us a signed for a name that he would like us to name him. That night I woke up at 2:15 am, and without thinking and feeling like my fingers were controlling my iPhone and tying very fast, not knowing what, I started to search for baby boys Hawaiian names. The search took me to a US baby website and the first baby name that come up was “Meceo” and I fell in love with it, the moment I read the name. The name resonated with me and I felt a sense of calmness and peace, I felt complete. It’s pronunciation Mah-SE-o, meaning “God’s present.” I added the name to our baby list of names and showed it to my fianc? the next day. Within in seconds and with a big smile, my fianc? said “oh! that’s a good one! I really like Maceo!.” We both agreed, Maceo, it is.
