Share Your Thoughts 2 Comments Emily Jul 19 at 8:24 am My husband came across this name and it was spelled with a K and also had an “ie” on the end. I am a little anti- crazy spelling (my little sister never found personalized souvenirs due to different spelling) but, we compromised and used a K to begin with. However if it had been a girl the “ie” would’ve been used for a more feminine element to the name (I love gender neutral/ puzzling names) my oldest name is Cameron. I believe they go together! Reply Jess Oct 9 at 6:16 pm When our then four yr old daughter found out we were having a baby she said we should name him Kody, I asked her what if it’s a girl, she said no mom it’s gonna be a boy. So belly name was Kody. When it came to signing the birth certificate we ended up going with his father’s name. ??? Til this day no one has called him by his “real” name! All he knows is Kody ? So not his real name but the story to why we call him Kody. Reply Share your thoughts on the name Kody Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
