I chose Edward after my father.
Jennifer
He is named after his Father. It was very important to his Dad to pass on the family name.
It seems odd calling him Eddie. Since, that was always what his father’s name was. So, we call him little man & Buddy a lot.
He’s very active. Holding head up and rolling. Cluster feeding & started drooling a lot. Is finally on a day schedule and fights naps during the day.

My dad passed away and I wanted to carry on his name, but couldn’t bring myself to using his first name because I felt that should always be a memory of him so I decided to give my Dad’s middle name as my son’s first name. I wanted his name to have significance, you know not just something that sounded cute. I look forward to telling him about why I chose his name and all about his Papa in Heaven.
