  2. I named both of my boys from characters in the Nicholas Sparks books. My 1st son’s name is Landon. My 2nd son’s name is Dawson. If you are fan of his books, I’m sure you know what beloved books/movies those names come from. I like the fact that the names aren’t too incredibly common but common enough to not be weird. Also, I like the fact that they both end with the same 2 letters… ‘on’.

  5. We named our son Dawson, inspired by a man who founded the Navigators, a Christian campus ministry. Dawson Trotman. We also like the nickname Dawes.
    It’s a strong name but not too popular!

  11. I have 2 older boys named Grayson Alan and Bryson Eugene so I wanted to keep them similar together with the son so I named my new baby boy Dawson Lee to match with my older boys!! They really enjoy having their names close and with the same last 3 letters son!! They are amazing in every way my heart is full!!??
