  1. I named my son Brody after first hearing the name from a former co-worker. It’s a fun name and I love that it is not overly used. Growing up he has been the only Brody at his schools and sports teams. He is 16 now and he really likes his name.

    • My name is also Brody and I don’t know anyone else with this name but I still like it.

  2. I named my OC this. The name in general is cool

  3. I love this

  4. Brody is a super fun name that takes me back to Mall Rats ???????
Tip- We agreed on using Brodan as a formal
First name for the job resume and then Brody is the name we use day to day.

    • SAME! And for that exact reason I named my middle son Brody <3

  5. we named out first (living) son brody. it was just a name we found in a book during our first successful pregnancy, and we both liked it, we liked the irish/scottish heritage and the EE sound at the end. we paired it with lee – my husbands middle name.

  6. Brody means “second son”

    • ive never heard that before – interesting because even tho our brody is our first living child, we did miscarry before him! so he is a “second son” (we feel our miscarriage was a boy we named sebastian)

    • Daughter has twins,Billy & Brody,Brody is 2nd born of twins, both have elder brother.

  7. My husband and I have always just loved the name Brody. We don’t know anyone with that name, and it didn’t have a special meaning for us; we just liked it! Being five letters, it is also the same number of letters as both of our first names, so when all of our names are printed, there is symmetry there. That is kind of OCD, but we like it!
