When did you realize you were really in labor?
My delivery was a scheduled gentle cesarean. I was so blessed to have a supportive obstetrician and midwife run practice that prepared me beautifully for what was a truly positive birth experience!

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Knowing that no provider would support natural progression of labor due to our special circumstances was challenging. But having exceptional preparation and care despite that was amazing.

How did the Mama Natural Birth Class help you in your childbirth?
My husband and I both felt so well prepared after taking the course. We had the knowledge we needed to ask questions, advocate for ourselves and there was no subject left unexplored as our birthing date approached. Our doula was so impressed by how much we already knew and congratulated us on being in the know about current, progressive labor and delivery practices.
