When did you realize you were really in labor?
I woke up between 5 AM and 6 Am to really strong contractions.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Trusting God about the birth process. I really wanted to have my baby earlier than her due date. Also to remain calm. I had to focus on knowing that I could have my baby without complications or allowing contractions to be fearful.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Pray, and re-take the Mama Natural birth course.

What surprised you about your birth?
It was easier than I could have imagined and less painful than I thought it would be.

Focusing on resting and not the contractions.
Thinking on my first born son and how much I love him.

Great!

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
You can do it! Focus on knowing that contractions are an indication that your baby or babies are that much closer to being born. Focus on resting.
