When did you realize you were really in labor?
Well when my water broke it trickled down my leg like I was peeing on myself but it was only a little bit , since it was only a little I went on about my day and didn’t think much of it until I went to the dmv and it kept coming out so i went to the hospital to have them test to see if it was amniotic fluid and it was !

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Honestly going natural wasn’t bad at all for me , I did get a little lightheaded and dizzy once the contractions were getting really strong . But since you can’t eat in labor I was very weak and dehydrated cause I haven’t ate anything at all the day before or prior to me going into labor.

I was happy he was here and to not be pregnant anymore, and I was excited to start my journey of motherhood.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Do lots of research! I thought about giving up and getting an epidural but by the time I was ready to give up it was ready for me to push, I looked on Pinterest faithfully for breathing techniques and to help with the pain of the contractions for labor and it honestly helped! I recommend the birthing ball to sit on while in labor it sped my labor up once I was on there , keep a positive mindset and I know you can do it !
