    Wide squat over a mirror on the floor.

    Amazing. Like I just climbed the highest mountain and I made it!

    My advice would be to honor yourself and your baby. Every birth is different and there's only so much prep work you can do for birth. Don't over stress it. Relax and let your body do what it is made to do.
