When did you realize you were really in labor?
Around 8:30pm on January 3rd, 2017 I started to feel stronger contractions and they were closer together, as opposed to the random ones I felt earlier that evening.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Bear the pain! This was my second birth, so actually a lot faster. Because of that I didn't have any time to concentrate and relax, everything happened so fast and intensely. It took less than 3 hrs between contractions began and his birth. Getting to the hospital being complete dilated hurt a lot, and I thought I wasn't gonna make it! I didn't have time to have an epidural, so the pain was very hard to manage.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Prenatal Yoga. During contractions and birth I remembered a couple positions we used to practice and the thought of "I have the power to do it!"

What surprised you about your birth?
Time! I was prepared to deal with a faster birth but I did not realize it could be THAT fast! My first labor took 16 hours, this time, less than 3hrs!
