When did you realize you were really in labor?
At 8pm the night before I began to have consistent contractions for the first time, about 8 minutes apart. My water had broken that morning, but I thought I was peeing! I knew that night I was in early labor.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
I thought I would be up and about trying to find a good position. I really think being in the shower would've helped, but the pain was so strong I stayed in fetal position until it was time to push. The pain was a lot worse than I imagined, and I remember thinking I wanted an epidural.
