About 4 hours after the dr. Stripped my membranes. Right after I had lower back pain and then started contacting.

My water broke on its own this time and once it broke I went really fast. The dr. On call didn't make it to the delivery, the nurse delivered.
Try and relax as hard as it is. As soon as the baby is born all the pain goes away.
What pain relief strategies worked best?

I know that I wasn't supposed to but I couldn't help but hold my breath for every painful contraction.
What position did you end up delivering in?

Laying flat on the bed. They didn't have time to take the bed apart.

Amazing. I was so in love
