What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Remember to breath and if you have a great state of mind and support system anything is doable. Prepare yourself months up to your birth and know what you want to and communication with your support system to help it happen is key. And always remember our bodies are designed for this .....you CAN do it ☺
