When did you realize you were really in labor?
I realized it was real labor at 10:30 at night, I had been having contractions for weeks. This time they were still light but consistent.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
I've gone natural with all my births but this on, I was kind of scared being I my 30's and it being my 4th child.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
I've never done kegal exercises or eat dates, I think on think that helped to was drinking tea. ????

What surprised you about your birth?
It was the fastest easiest birth that I had. I got to the hospital at 12am. They were taking there time to check me, and when they did one of the nurses said "oh my god she's 9 or 10 cm dialated. Get the doctor, were about to have a baby. My beautiful baby, Arya Shabazz was born at 12:23 am???

What pain relief strategies worked best?
Just focusing on getting her out and breathing.

What position did you end up delivering in?
On my back, the hospital way but there was a lot of pressure.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
I almost cried, happy and relieved. So happy to not be pregnant anymore and to get my body back to myself lol kinda. She is so beautiful, relieved that the labor was short and gad a healthy baby.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Follow mama natural, it really helped me and I had the best delivery of my life. Doctors wanted to induce me because they claimed baby was to big. Because I was on this app and found out all the risk of inducing I declined and went into labor naturally. Gave birth to healthy 8 pound baby.
