When did you realize you were really in labor?
I woke up at 4 am with strong contractions and after timing them, I found out they were consistently 1 minute long, 3-4 minutes apart and then stayed that way for 1 hour. I woke my husband and we showered and made our way to the birth center an hour and a half drive away. I felt certain it was the real thing but the midwife wasn't so sure because my cervix was so high yet. We waited it out for a few hours at the birth center because of our long drive and at 10:30 am she checked me again and verified that yes, it indeed was the real thing. Then they officially admitted me.

How did the Mama Natural Birth Class help you in your childbirth?
It helped me to know what to expect and my husband also said it was super helpful for him. We took two mandatory birth classes with the midwifery/birth center and your classes were far more informational and engaging. ;)
P.s. I have been your classes to any of my friends who are pregnant.
