Share Your Thoughts 3 Comments Alexandra Oct 5 at 11:09 pm I named my son Nakoa because it means warrior and he most certainly is a warrior! He was counted out multiple times while I was pregnant. Anyway he’s the strongest little person I know! People get his name wrong all the time but I correct them every time! I call him My Koa bear or my Koko for short Reply Yadi Aug 28 at 2:54 pm When thinking of names for baby, I wanted something that was meaningful to my partner & I. We both loved Nakoa & Ezra (his middle name). Nakoa means “warrior” in Hawaiian & Ezra means “help/aid/protect” in Hebrew. I felt like baby’s name is very empowering & uplifting. I did think it may seem like putting a lot of pressure on a baby with a name like that.. I believe it was meant to be & it’ll reflect a part of who he grows up to be. Reply Montana Muise Aug 14 at 11:43 am I love it. I named my son nakoa and rather it can be tricky cause alot of people have pronounced his name wrong so i just rather shorten and call him koa. I live in pei canada and its rather not an average name. But i love it and i love the culture just as much to name him one that has such a nice meaning Reply Share your thoughts on the name Nakoa Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
