Parents adore her sound and nickname potential, Gia and Nina just two choices of many. If you’re looking for something extra cute, Gigi may satisfy your sweet tooth. She’s right at home among the -ianna name craze, as names like Arianna, Brianna, and Julianna all keep her company on the charts.

Whether she’s wandering the streets of Milan or sipping on a sweet tea in Savannah, Gianna fits in with local styles yet has her own unique sense of self.
